5'10" and around 260 lbs. should I lose weight? I've been trying but all I do is lift...
So I'm a senior in high school and I want to lose weight. Like badly. And I've stopped drinking soda and stopped eating all sugars and such like cakes and cookies and such. I drink nothing but milk or water. At school I have a weights class which I lift everyday 4 times a week. I don't know what else to do. Help?
