I feel so alone

This whole infertility thing can get so exhausting. I have irregular periods which causes me not to ovulate. Doctors don't even help either, I've seen a bunch and they all just say the same thing, to weight it out. Ugh it gets so frustrating because no one around me is going to the same thing.
