Any ladies experiencing dry & flaky nipples?

I am currently 10 week's pregnant & for the last week or so i have been experiencing dry & flaky nipples. They hurt so bad but even before the flakiness started they hurt so i just take it was the hormones changes. My nipples are so raw that i cant wear bras because they irritate my nipples. So i wear lose fitting tank tops with the built in bras. But even then i always have flakes of dry skin from my nipples on my shirt. I have tried different lotions but nothing helps. Any suggestions on what to do or try until i see my OBGYN on the 24th?
