Anybody with an incompetent cervix?

I would love some recommendations for finding a high-risk OB/neonatologist. Would you share your experience?

I was measuring 1 cm at 23 weeks! They thought the babies were coming anytime, I even had a doctor who told me I could still consider abortion! Can you belive that? I was abroad on an 19 hour flight home, it was the scariest flight ever I upgraded so I could come all the way laying down, once I got home i was hospitalized and I've been 4 weeks on the hospital on monday I am turning 28 weeks on HBR which brought me a lot of complications! Since I wasent moving I got a thrombosis they had to put a filter near my heart! So the clot wouldn't go to my brain hearts or lungs,! I also got a cerclage done! And yesterday we measure the cervix it went to 1.3 cm!! Now our last problem is the cervix, they been stoping the contractions for over 3 weeks! It's been a very long journey ! But I will do it all over again to keep my two little girls!! 
So be strong and hang in there! Do bed rest if needed but try to move your legs and do circulatory excercises! Belive me the short cervix is not the worst!
