Hi ladies

So I miscarried in May, had a D&c..; took a test yesterday and it came out positive..went to the doc and they did a urine sample test to confirm based off of my last period I can't be more than a month..

However all day today I have been cramping and cramped during the weekend that has just passed however I ignored it because I thought my period was coming..I feel stings here and there..no bleeding..I do have a lot of gas..

Any advice...
