Help could acupuncture have lengthened my cycles
Hi all
I started acupuncture two months ago and past two cycles have been over a week longer . Last month 39 days this one 42days
Went off the pill in Jan and always had cycles 28-30 days
I took 750mg of vitex this past month
Could it be acupuncture causing it ?
Don't think it's vitex as first lengthened cycle I didn't take it
Anyone had their cycles lengthened?? Really wish I was regular again
