Please anyone has an idea of what I can do?🙏🙏🙏

Hello ladies, I'll like any advice regarding a problem that im having on my apartment since 1 month ago. Well, I live in Orlando, fl( complex apartments), I live on the 1st floor, they were water coming from outside getting into my kids bedroom & the entire carpet inside of their closet is still wet. I call the complex office more that 1000 & I still have the same problem. They said that the electricity company has to come & fix that DAMN problem( but I'm waiting, & waiting & waiting for a month now). Unfortunately we don't have money to pay for hotels until the problem is fix & now EVERYBODY from my house is sick( I'm not sure if it's because of the smell in the house or w.e) & yes, I open all the windows everyday but my husband & I work so I can't leave these windows open the entire day. Anyway, my question is, I'm not sure if I can call the "main office" & ask for a number where I can speak with somebody else, I mean like an office or someone to make a complain or idk. I'm desperate & I want to move but I'm pretty sure I'll have consequences if i broke my lease. Anybody has any idea of what I can do. Maybe had a similar problem, live in Orlando & know any number I can call. I lived in NY & I know they have a 611 or a 411 phone # but here idk. Please I'm desperate, any advice? I feel like crying & crying because I'm paying my money & nobody comes & fix this damn problem 😩😩😩
