Hey ladies!

So I went about two weeks back to get an IUD put in (mirena to be specific). But my gynecologist couldn't insert it. He had given me the pills to soften my cervix twice but even with that he said my cervix was still too tight. I feel really crappy about this because I really wanted to get it and just not have to worry about birth control.

I was wondering if this has ever happened to any of you ladies or if you've heard of cases like this?
