ok so i've been going out with my boyfriend for about 5 months now and the other night he told me he was depressed. he also mentioned how he was hospitalized when he was younger for depression. since i've never experienced this i can't even imagine how he is feeling. every time we hang out it's gotten to the point that he cries at least once. i just feel so helpless and idk what to do. can you please give me some advice
