baby acne ?

My daughter is just over two weeks old and have pimples all over her face and upper part of the body.. I'm concerned but my doctor says it's nothing and should go away. But what is it ? why are they all over her body ?

my son had the same thing for the first month and it went away on its own. I had a small amount of panic in the hospital when I saw it but the pediatrician said it's perfectly normal. don't use acne cream obviously as they're way too sensitive to that but, like others have said, dabbing some breast milk on it does wonders!

Put breast milk on them. Helped my sons baby acne when he was an infant 😀
You can also get some baby Eucerin cream and try that if breast milk doesn't work, I got some at Walmart

Dab your breast milk with a cotton ball all over the areas where she is breaking out, a couple times a day :)
