Vitex and PCOS

So I've been on Vitex on and off this year, but this month now that hubby's as desperate for a kid as I am I'm taking 1000mg a day. I feel more centred mentally and calmer, plus I think it helped my periods hurt less when I took it. But the big thing? I've been on it not even a month, I got out of the shower just now and my bikini line looks a little bit less like Chewbacca! I have always been self conscious about it, and if I had a time machine I'd go see 14 year old me and give her a bottle or 3 of Vitex because kids can be so damn cruel.

Yay for looking a little less like Chewbacca!
