DILATING!!!!!
I need to start dilating!!!! I am 36 weeks pregnant today and my last baby I had a c section my doctor said if I would like to have a vbac the process needs to start soon! As long as I am dilated 2 or 3 cm she can strip my membrains and will be able to give me tiny bits of pitocin to help with labor!!! What are some tips and trick that helped you to to start dilating?!?! PLEASE HELP!!!
