How Can I Get My Sleep Back? 😫
Hello Ladies!
So I have a question for all the exclusively pumping mamas or anyone really. I'm wondering how everyone is getting some sleep back after having their LO. I pump throughout the day every 3 hours but when my son goes to bed at 9:30pm for 8 hours during that time I pump every 4 hours while he is sleeping. So I'm struggling to get some solid sleep instead of getting up every 4 hours to pump because all I heard is "if you don't pump every 2 hours you can get an infection." I don't want to get an infection if I sleep 8 hours straight but I'm so tired of getting broken sleep while my son & my husband sleep all night. Any suggestions or tips on how I can get more sleep at night?
