Sore nipples

This might be a tmi moment but oh well🤷🏻‍♀️. For some reason my nipple when touched hurts sooo much. It's just the nipple itself. It's so sore. Even clothing rubbing on it hurts. It's not pregnancy cause I can't have kids. Haven't had my period in 5 months🤔 was thinking maybe it's that. Anyone else had this before🤔🤔
