I just take Spring Valley prenatals. They don't smell and have little taste. I take them with food so I don't really ever taste them. I was going to do gummies but I couldn't find any that had iron and I wasn't down for supplementing with iron pills because they make me constipated.

I've been taking these they come in a pack together and there's no smell or any weird taste either.

I use CVS Health Once Daily Prenatal Multi+DHA Softgels and they aren't fishy.  I take them in the morning with breakfast and haven't had any side effects.
