fetal fibronectin test?

anyone here had the fetal fibronectin test to predict preterm labor? what were your results, and were they accurate? any other helpful info? I'm being swabbed tonight to check as I'm at 33 weeks, dilated to 1cm.

I got tested 5 weeks ago at my 30 week appointment and it was negative. However at my 34 week appointment last week I had started to dilate. So the test was accurate in saying that I'd be for sure pregnant for another 2 weeks.

yes they are accurate but you cant have sex before the test otherwise it will give a false positive
