Desperate need of advice..

So, my af is late by 4 days.. I just tested and got this .. BFN. Sadly! 😞 I have no signs of af coming either. However, I have like a constant stabbing right at my left hip, the day before yesterday it was my right hip and now it's just my left.. I also had weird cm when I wiped today.. what's going on? Please help!
