Can anyone tell me how far along I could be ?

Ok so this is my 3rd ultra sound they still can't tell me how far along I am I ws supposed to to be 8 weeks and went to se bb I started spotting they said ws too small for 8 weeks I stop spotting after 5 days it's getting bigger but the cell count it's still not were it's supposed to be what could be going on o can anyone tel me how far along I coluld be ?

this looks more like 4 am because at 5 am you should see a gas sac and yolk sac

That looks like a blighted ovum I had one once and they gave me a pill to induce a miscarriage but maybe it's just too early! Good luck

Your gestational sac looks empty. What did your doctor say? If you were 4-5 weeks you won't be able to see much inside the gestational sac but at 8 weeks there would be a baby and heartbeat.

Update I just had another us the baby is growing well shows I'm 7 weeks 1 day

it could be VERY early(4-5 weeks) or a misscarige. this was mine at 6 weeks
