Does anyone know any supplements to help sperm morphology?

Please only respond if your physician or fertility specialist recommended it for you or you know from experience! I don't trust answers off Google :)

My husband had an amazing count and motility but his morphology was low. My RE didn't seem concerned and hasn't even instructed us to BD less. He actually tells us to have it more frequently as it puts more good ones in there. I even asked if there was something specific he could do to increase the number and since he doesn't drink alcohol, use drugs, or smoke cigarettes, they had no advice since there's not a lot of proven aid in that regard. I did end up buying the one-a-day preconception male vitamins but it takes like 3 months for there to be a change with sperm and he has only been on it for about a month so I don't know if it has helped yet. I googled like crazy after I got his numbers back and couldn't really find anything helpful except for various vitamins, so I figured it couldn't hurt to put my husband on vitamins. It's the least he can do considering, I take 2000mg of Metformin, 3 different vitamins, and a baby aspirin every day. Lol. Good luck to you and I hope you find some helpful information. I'm not sure about supplements but my husband's dr who did his vasectomy reversal said to have sex at least every 3 days, and never abstain more than 5 days or it could seriously affect sperm motility.
