Pumping before birth

So I just got my breast pump today and I'm being induced next week. I just tried it for like 5 minutes then stopped cuz it was weird and I wasn't getting anything anyway lol should I do it the next few days before he's born for like practice/to get used to it? Or like does it not really matter until he's born?
