I am 38 weeks pregnant with no signs of progress (barely 1 cm dilated, no thinning) and my doctor hasnt even mentioned the word induction. Im gaining at a rate of about 10 lbs a week now and have gained well over 70 lbs. Why is it that everyone else seems to be in labor or be in talks of inducing and my doctor is basically telling me to plan on going full term and then some????

Sorry for the rant, I'm just in one of those hysterical pregnant moods where it seems a lot worse than it is. 😡
