i know this whole period thing is natural but i HATE talking about it with my mom. i'm ok talking to my friends. the thing is i'm REALLY close with my mom and idk why i'm embarrassed. anyways i got my first period last month and today i started spotting a little bit so based on my predictions it's gonna happen in just a day or a few. but i used pads last time and now with volleyball and sports coming up i want to try tampons but i'm to scared to talk to my mom. what do i do?
