So I'm 17 and I got my first period very young. and every so often my period will come about 4-7 days earlier then it should like it has this week starting today. with being so early my symtoms go from being 4-5/10 to 8-9/10 on a worsening scale. today is the first day and I've taken so much medicine. I have really bad cramps, back aches, nausea, I'm even so dizzy I'm shaking and have allot to do still. does anybody have any remedy besides meds I can try?
