went for an ultrasound today at 13w6d.. when we first started she stated that the cord was around the babys neck.. didnt know if it was normal and she said its not uncommon.. but the baby was moving so much its a no wonder why .. near the end it wasnt so wrapped around as it was when we first started, the baby was face down but moved face up later .. this was a private ultrasound but ill be sure to ask my doctor about it at my next appt.. im a little worried but im sure all will be fine..

p.s my friend lost her baby at 18 weeks last month and she told me it was due to the cord being wrapped around the neck which i did not believe.. she does have a known eating disorder..
