I went to the bathroom earlier and noticed a light brown discharge (only when I wipe) and it freaked me out. My period is supposed to start by early next week. I've gotten this before my period on other occasions, I'm very paranoid (just who I am as a person) that I'm pregnant (my boyfriend and I had sex a little over a week ago and I'm on birth control.) Opinions on if its something other than that?

Edit: it was just there when I wiped. Didn't seem stringy.
