painful periods
so im 19 and i've been suffering with the most excruciating periods ever since i first got my period at 12 years old. i recently got my blood tested for another reason and i have found out that i suffer from severe anaemia. so girlies, if you feel like your periods are too painful to be normal do go talk to a doctor about it because your body is tryna tell you something's wrong
