Needing input from those who have PCOS who have conceived!
Did you have pains in your pelvic area after ovulation up until AF was Due? Also did you have shooting pains in your breasts and nipples during that time too? I am getting close to AF being due and am STILL having pains.. Never had this before.. So thinking maybe I'm pregnant this time around?
