that's not how sex works. he would need to ejaculate inside of your vagina or actually put his sperm in you. after the sperm being in your mouth and then transferred to his mouth it wouldn't be possible. sperm has a hard time staying alive inside a woman as it is. I also would like to hope that when he came in your mouth you swallowed or spit it out and didn't put it back in his mouth when you kissed him.
