Is AF coming early?

I'm 10DPO today, confirmed with temps and OPK. I've had cramps off and on today but nothing like usual. I went to the bathroom and there was bright red blood mixed with EWCM. AF always comes at 14DPO, like clock work. Anybody have any idea what this could be? Is it just AF?
