UTIs and ovulation

I have a UTI but am supposed to be ovulating any day now. I got on antibiotics and am taking uristat. I also do OPTs twice a day ... No smiley face even though it was supposed to be yesterday. I'm wondering if a UTI can affect the results of my OPTs? Or maybe if the meds I'm taking can? Also can it affect whether or not I ovulate at all?  Curious if anyone else has had experience with this!
