White spot under tongue
My 11 month old has a white spot under her tongue. I noticed it when she was in her car seat crying, i got a glance of it. I just tried to look again while shes asleep, its hard to see. But it kinda looks like an ulcer?? Should i be concerned or is it normal for babys to develop a white spot like that....
