Gas pains??

So the past few weeks at random times ill get dull pains in my arms, never both arms the same day. I also get shoulder pain in my left arm. The past week i get a stabbing pain in my ribs right under my left boob. It will usually only last a few seconds but not tonight. The pain lasted over 30 minutes, i couldn't even touch the area it was so tender. Anytime i moved, took a deep breath or talked bam tons of pain. Right now there is still a dull ache in my ribs and my left shoulder. It does feel similar to the gas pains i got with my hsg but its just randdom. Any advice, tips or anyone think this may not be gas at all?
