Extra water?

Someone said to me that if im 100% formula feeding, i should be giving my LO extra water on top? Please advise. My little man is 8weeks 2 days.

No only if pediatrician told you to do so. I was told to give my son 1oz of water daily due to the fact he has trouble pooping but no do not give water unless directed by a doctor.

No they can get very sick from extra water at that age.
