Signs

I'm due in 20 days YAY! The last few days it feels like someone punched me in the vagina or I had really rough sex, I've been super crampy, loads of pressure and low movement. Anyone else have this or had these issues, could it be a sign of labor? I go next tues and I am asking them check to see if I have any progress. It's been over 10 years since I gave birth and with my daughter she was over 10 days late and had to be forced out, I'm praying this time everything will happen naturally
