Please advise ..

I am currently ttc after a miscarriage in May this year but got my periods on the 19th of Aug(this is not my first period after m/c ) and they were normal as they lasted for 4 days but I noticed that they were not as heavy as they usually are the first 2 days.

But what is confusing me now is that I just used the ladies now and I noticed some blood when I was wiping off and experienced light cramps for a very short while.

Last week I saw the gynae as he wanted to check if my hcg levels were back to normal after m/c and he said he was happy with the results.

Now I am confused if the light spotting and cramps I just experienced could be implantation bleeding or something else?
