HELP....BABY ACNE!!!!

So my princess is 5 weeks old and currently suffering from terrible baby acne. The pediatrician says not to put anything on it and only to wash her face with a mild soap.....That's not working! My son had baby acne too, but I don't remember it being this terrible. Does it look like more than baby acne? Could it be a rash too? I was thinking an allergic reaction from

Something I ate......We have scheduled another appt with the pediatrician because it's so bad😔
