I don't know what it really feels like. I've had sex several times with my boyfriend and it feels good. however, I just don't know what "cuming" feels like.

If you haven't been getting a lot of clitoral stimulation, you may not have had an orgasm yet. If you have, then you could have been so distracted by lots of stimulation that you didn't realize what it was (as in the case of my first). You can probably recognize one if pleasure seems to take a dip after being very high.

I don't want to sound unhelpful but you just know when you have had an orgasm! It's sensitive and a kind of achy feeling but very pleasurable and lasts for about 15 seconds or so (sometimes less or more) :)

It's like all those good feelings you're having during intercourse explode into fireworks. I personally find that it's very intense and I have to take a small break after.
