First due date coming up

We had our first miscarriage at 10wks in January. Fell pregnant 4 cycles later and lost that baby at the end of June. We're coming up to what would have been our first due date next week and I'm an emotional wreck (doesn't help that my period came today too!) Wondered whether anyone had any recommendations for coping with the due day next week. We both booked the day off work.

It's a nasty process, feel like I'm getting pushed to the back of the queue.
