Body Appearance
Is anyone else feeling defeated with their body after baby? I used to Crossfit 5-6 times a week prior to pregnancy and now I've been working out for a while and eating really well and see absolutely no results. The scale stays at 15lbs over my desired weight. I've stopped looking at the scale so much but still I'm just feeling so at a loss for how I feel about my body and what I need to start doing to start seeing results. I gained a solid 50lbs when I was pregnant and lost it all while breast feeding minus this last 15lbs. What do I do!???
