My hometown is taking a direct hit tonight, a lot of family and friends have stayed home.

8 million Texans are under hurricane watch for the weekend.

UPDATE: Rockport took the hardest hit, and multiple structures have collapsed. One of which being the shelter at Rockport High School with people trapped inside.
