FELT TIP. Pencils are really dull and bad and liquid is way too advanced. Felt tips have the control you need and the ink that looks good.

Felt tip all the way. I learned so much faster using a felt tip. They're easier to control.

Honestly, it doesn't really matter what kind of eyeliner you use. I personally use the Wet 'n Wild eyeliner pencil in black and sometimes I use Kat Von D Tattoo eyeliner in black but I prefer the pencil better.

A lot of people have told me to do pencil then gel then liquid but I started with liquid and that's all I've used ever since honestly I'd just play around with all eyeliner and she what works for you
