I'm proud of myself 🤷‍♀️

I have made it a real goal for me to stop drinking so much pop/soda and I have done sooooo well. I was so addicted to it, and if i tried to just stop i got massive migraines. I was so BADLY addicted to it, I kinda panicked when I didn't have it in my fridge. Yes i know that's pitiful. I'm not overweight but that doesn't even matter. Soda is unbelievably horrible for you and i had to do something about it.

I cut down less and less everyday. Now I'm down to one every other day. Eventually I want to get to one a week, and then one a month and so on. I have also started to eat healthier and I'm proud about that too.

Go me because I have done so well and I already feel better. Just had to talk about it.
