Sleep Anxiety
I always have an overwhelming amount of anxiety before bedtime because I'm always worried I won't fall asleep- even after a busy day. I take sleeping pills, but they sometimes don't work. Even when I start to feel drowsy, I tend to psych myself out of it because I'm so focused on falling asleep to even relax. Any tips or tricks? I also have to be at work at 5pm today. I know, I know, it is quite a bit away, but I also have family coming over and I'm worried that I won't be able to get some sleep in while they're here because their kids are loud and run rampant through the house. Anytime I have a busy day the next day, that's when my anxiety is extremely high.
