Has anybody just start pulling out there hair and just can't stop now. I seen my mom do it when I was little and just picked up the habit from her now it's uncontrollably there's hair everywhere and on my baby all the time. I tried to stop and it did not work out at all. Has anybody overcame it?? And how please no judgement.
