should I take a test! or wait?

So I'm still a week away from my period. but I have been having many early signs of pregnancy, back pain, fatigue, constipation, I'm always hungry and always thirsty. My fiance and I are getting married in three weeks and we wanted to get pregnant after the wedding. but we haven't really been using protection or anything other form of birth control. Should I take a pregnancy test or should I wait till after I see if I start my period?

I agree - wait. It's easier to forget the anticipation if you just put it off. And if you wait until the time your period is due, you'll know that the results are pretty accurate, instead of wondering "is it negative because its negative or negative because I tested too early?" and you'll probably then have to test multiple times. And if you are pregnant, it really shouldn't affect your wedding too much. I didn't have a ton of symptoms in those first weeks at least and I certainly didn't show or anything. Good luck!

I would wait until you were closer to your period. You could be pregnant and testing too early could mess with the results. It could still show negative for awhile still even if you are pregnant. Most people who test early are around 10 DPO before you test. But I always waited to test until the day my period was due.
