2nd trimester workouts

can someone give me some good suggestions for second trimester workouts? I've cut my running to a light jog since finding out I was pregnant. I do a little with 10lb dumbbells, but I just need some new options! I've got a 21 month old, and work in the school system, so I'd rather workout at home compared to the gym. I'm almost 14 weeks and gained 3 lbs. 🙁

I personally have loved swimming and yoga during my pregnancy. Both are safe and are said to help with the labour as well 😊
