Is there something seriously wrong with me?

ok so my period had never been 100 percent regular. I started when I was like 10 and every since then it's been crazy. at one point I had two periods in one month(but that was when it was still normal for it to be irregular) now I'm 18 and my periods are still weird. I usually have one every month but I never know exactly what day it's coming. I just started my period yesterday after skipping a whole month( no I'm not pregnant I took a pregnancy test.. well two) and this is probably the second or third time this has happened since I first started my period at 10. i haven't seen a doctor about it and I would like to know what everyone thinks. thankyou

I think your 18 and it is common for someone to have irregular periods when they are young.  Yours may never really get normal, it does not mean anything is wrong with you, many women are irregular.  When you want to start trying to have a baby it might be more difficult for you to conceive, but still very possible.

Mine are very irregular to. I'm 20 and mine will come after just 4 weeks or 7. I don't even bother taking pregnancy tests because it's always showed up at some point (even though I have been nervous about it) Ive skipped mine 2 months since October already but you are not the only one!

I was all sorts of irregular with my cycles in highschool. There were times I'd go 15 days in between them and the next would be over 40 days apart. Also some of the worst cramps that had me not even wanting to get out of bed. It's finally leveled out in the last few years, but I'm 27 now so I put up with it for a long time.
