Health insurance?

So I received a job offer that I'm planning on accepting. They over health insurance and I'm not sure if I should get it or just get vision and dental. The reason for the job was to get higher pay. Which is bover $6 from my current job. However I was speaking to my boyfriend and sister and they don't think that I should pay for insurance. Since I'm not the type of person to get sick or be at the doctors office too often. I'm a precautions person so I think it'd be a good idea to have it. But is it worth paying about $175 a month for health, dental, and vision? I would still be getting paid more compared to my current job if I did get the insurance. By the way I don't have insurance through my current employer. I'm just undecided and need to hear others opinions. I've never had to deal with insurance before as this is my first big girl job. So I just need help form anyone who is had experience with this.
