Cramps and pressure?

One of my main symptoms in pressure and cramps in my lower abdomen area, similar to period cramps but not as intense. Anyone else feeling this, I'm kind of concerned?

That was one of the only "symptoms" I have along with lower back pain. My cramping lasted almost a full week and has just now gone away almost entirely. I still have the lower backache though. I've read it is very normal to have cramping as long as you're not having sharp pains or accompanied by heavy bleeding.
