Ok so I have long hair like right above my butt and I usually shed some hair but lately it's been a lot. Especially in the shower like big clumps. Is that normal or possibly a pregnancy symptom. Thanks!!

I have heard that hair actually stops its shedding phase while pregnant so I don't think hair loss is a sign of pregnancy.

I've suffered with shedding my whole life.. never enough that it makes me look bald but enough that I've had some pretty bad hair days. I think it's mainly caused by stress or extreme dieting. It shouldn't be through pregnancy. that normally gives you great hair/nails
